RMS scheduling is a robot scheduling system software independently developed by Tracking Intelligence, responsible for task allocation, path planning, scheduling control, and operation maintenance of all robots. RMS is an artificial intelligence scheduling algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning, which achieves optimal task allocation, multi-path planning, and robot traffic control management, enabling cluster robots to coordinate, cooperate with each other, and operate efficiently without affecting each other. RMS is responsible for monitoring the operation status of the robot, displaying the current status in real time and recording the status situation. Based on the operation status and task execution of the charging station, RMS plans the robot to perform automatic charging tasks reasonably, and records, analyzes, and summarizes the alarm information of the robot, execution tasks, and external equipment. RMS promptly informs management personnel and provides corresponding processing suggestions to ensure the reliable and stable operation of the entire system. Support intelligent scheduling and management of multiple AMRs in the same scenario; Plan the optimal driving path based on factors such as homework requirements, AMR location, and environment. Scheduling services

Global monitoring management: Real time collection and storage of relevant equipment status information, including working status, operating status, battery status, task status, real-time display of AGV car location on the map, and timely reminders for alarms. Equipped with timed refresh function.

Scheduling management: To achieve maximum physical delivery task execution on limited vehicles and roads. Based on the type of task and the type of AGV vehicle being undertaken, plan the corresponding shortest path. If the AGV car passes through the traffic management intersection path section, the scheduling system will re plan the shortest path section to the destination when the AGV car implements tasks. During the journey of the car, if encountering obstacles, set up an obstacle avoidance area and park in front of the obstacles (avoiding obstacles, and of course, other cars cannot plan other paths in advance, as congestion may occur in this path segment).

Task management: Trigger tasks based on upper level business systems (MES, WMS, ERP, etc.), generate AGV execution tasks, and use scheduling to optimize the intelligent allocation of tasks that AGV vehicles can perform. Specify the AGV car to execute tasks, schedule them in chronological order, continue archiving tasks, or customize the schedule. Task management consists of two parts: planning and scheduling, and task execution.

Equipment management: mainly includes the management of vehicles (managing the online and offline status of AGV vehicles, task execution status of AGV vehicles, vehicle body status, and task execution status), as well as the management of external equipment (managing automation equipment encountered during AGV task execution, such as automatic doors, wind shower doors, elevators, traffic lights, etc.). Status display, IP address management, control equipment actions, to meet the intelligent automation production flow in the workshop).

Exception Management: Support alarm information divided into three levels: general, alarm, error, real-time pop-up reminder, recording various device exception information, including car exception information, scheduling connection status, business-related device exception situations, alarm in addition to pop-up notification and log recording, the vehicle itself should also correspond to relevant car voice prompts and corresponding flashing lights. If the secondary positioning is abnormal, the dispatch will control the car to return to the position of the previous station before the secondary positioning, and execute the secondary precise positioning action again until it is successful.

Charging abnormality: When the car successfully performs charging docking and the battery level is detected to be lower than the preset recharge threshold within a certain period of time, the dispatch will control the car to end the current charging task (of course, wait for the charging pile electrode to retract in place), return to the previous charging station position, and re execute the charging point action until the charging docking is successful.

 

Log management: Log management uses text format, including algorithm logs and business logs. The content includes: navigation, GPIO, tasks, path planning, issuing charging station commands, issuing car commands, docking process, and issuing connecting equipment commands; Operation logs, including personnel login, logout, execution of operations, and operation content, are stored in the database; Algorithm logs, English logs, support system logging functions for point up, path planning, and traffic management (parking, driving), recording various operating status of the system, abnormal alarm information, and task execution volume.

Statistical management: supports querying data by conditions, supports daily, monthly, and annual format statistics, supports material, task, and operational status statistics, and supports linear, bar, and pie chart displays; Task number, type, start and end time in units of cars; Charging, traffic control, anti aircraft, and standby calculation time, start time, and end time are calculated on a 24-hour basis.

Simulation management: Prospective research on route or location selection based on customer site scenario diagrams, CAD drawings or Slam positioning maps, and before project implementation.

Scheduling Service SDK: Customers can independently carry out secondary development according to their own business needs, including AGV car categories, various equipment categories, and business integration process categories. Please refer to the SDK development package for details. Seamless integration with customer's existing ERP MES、WMS、MCS、WCS、 Call system and other systems, providing communication protocol interfaces.
